Q: Is the electronic cigarette safe?
A: The Electronic Cigarette, the Mini-cigarette and the Electronic Cigar have been tested extensively, and have the CE Mark. Therefore, the products are completely safe.
Q: How long can I inhale with one ampoule?
A: Of course this depends on the use of the cigarette. However, with each cartridge you can inhale some 250-300 times.
Q: Which type of cartridge is best for me?
A: There are four types of cartridges. The Normal one is comparable with smoking hand-rolling tobacco. The Middle version equals regular cigarettes and the Light cartridges are like light cigarettes. The Free version is used by people who already quit smoking but still like the taste.
Q: How long does it take to charge the battery?
A: The first time it takes about 8 hours to charge. After that 4 - 6 hours will do.
Q: Do I have to switch off my Smokey when unused?
A: No, you do not have to switch it off. When you do not inhale the battery will not be used and will not become empty.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Delivery will be within two weeks.

A: Yes. The E-Cigarette cartridges can also be used in the e-cigarettes from: Supersmoker, Ruyan, E-cig, Janty, Riava, Kingfox, TCT, Partysmoker and Sedansa.
Q: My E-Cigarette is working less than it did at first. What can I do about this?
A: TOPROL Cigarette is only one time use. You may discard it and use a new one.
Q: Are there other things I should know before using the Products?
A: Yes. Please read the instructions you receive with your order carefully. Important to remember is that you should never use the Mini-cigarettewith an empty cartridge. Please change the cartridge in time.
Q: Are all repairs free of charge?
A: All products that are still within their warranty period will be repaired free of charge. Costs for returning the products to us have to be paid by you. Costs for sending the products back to you are at our expense.
Q: Under what circumstances will warranty expire?
A: All warranties expire with improper use, when using the other companies' parts or cartridges and/or with repairs carried out by third parties.
